Opis hotela

The Pyramid is an all-inclusive  five-starresort  located in the hotel zone of Cancun, perfect for enjoying nature, water sports and relaxation. Its design lives up to its name and Mayan culture too.

The  pool area is 400 metres long,  and includes a large atrium where entertainment is also available. A golf course, a spa, a variety theatre, shops, convention centres and banquet halls for weddings complete the many services offered by the hotel. 

The airport of Cancun is 15 kilometres away. At only 5 kilometres away, you can visit the Cancun Mayan Museum. The Mayan ruins of El Rey can be found only 7 kilometres away.  The port of Cancun is 9 kilometres away, which is where you catch a boat to Isla Mujeres. The southern zone of the Yucatan Peninsula is well-known for its archaeological value. The ruins of Tulum are located 148 kilometres from the hotel.

There are 232 rooms that are divided into two main types:

– Ocean view rooms. 38.25 square metre room decorated with the typical colours of this area.  These rooms have air conditioning, a king size bed, cable TV, minibar, a safe, wireless Internet, coffee maker, bathrobe, slippers, beach towels and toiletries.

– Lagoon view rooms. This has the features as the previous room, but the view looks towards a much more natural landscape.

As part of the Grand Oasis complex, the hotel has 22 restaurants which are grouped as follows:

– Mexican restaurants: Maria Bonita  includes a mariachi show and traditional food, Serape, which has a tex-mex menu and barbecue, Coyote Loco offering traditional food with karaoke, Dragon Wei a Mexican/Asian fusion restaurant  and Maki Tako , with a menu based on a hybrid of local recipes and Japanese dishes.

– International food restaurants: Hippie Chic Grill offers organic and natural food,  Akeru Asia Lounge focuses on Japanese food, Bahía Rodizio has a Brazilian and steakhouse menu, Ibiza for those who prefer Mediterranean food, Joy’s for  Italian food lovers, including a show, Seville with its varied tapas menu, Tatish and Tun Kul which are restaurants  international buffets, Dos Lunas and Il Forno Dos Lunas, with an Italian and pizza menu, Red Circus offering entertaining dinners with show, Careyes for the more gourmet pallets, Cocoa for those who prefer grilled meat and fish and The White Bar, our gastropub.
