Decorated with sea motifs and scale model replicas of old vessels, facilities within the hotel include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange desk, a safe and a cloakroom in addition to a bar, public Internet access (for an additional fee) and a kids club. There is a restaurant that resembles a Spanish tavern where delicious tapas and select wines are served up to dine in. The Flamenco stage means guests may enjoy some pleasant evening entertainment. Located along Mercaderes Street, the hotel lies just a short distance from the bay and the historical Old Square.
